Positions Available:

Sushi Rollers Experience rolling sushi? Great! Want to learn? We'll teach you! Commitment to weekend (especially Saturdays/sundays) and nights. A willingness to learn and develop new skills. An eye for artistic plate presentation. Positive, friendly energy while maintaining an efficient pace. BOH Line Cook Culinary experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train you! Willingness to support and collaborate with coworkers. Knife skills for prep are a bonus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ⸻
