Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency Follow established recipes and portion controls to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize waste Maintain proper food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and sanitation Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and coordinating serving logistics Must be available to work on Sunday mornings .. 7a to 3pm.
