Taco Billy is looking for dependable, hardworking line cooks who take pride in preparing quality food and working as part of a strong team. Whether you're an experienced cook or looking to grow your culinary skills, we're willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude. Our kitchen is fast-paced, collaborative, and built around fresh ingredients and scratch-made food. Why Work at Taco Billy? Tipped position with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate Consistent income you can count on. We close at 9:00 PM in the summer and 8:00 in the winter Opportunities for advancement with a growing local company What You'll Do Cook and prepare food on the flat top and grill Assemble and garnish tacos while maintaining quality and consistency Assist with daily food prep Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation Follow recipes and portion standards Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to multitask while staying organized under pressure Basic communication, reading, and writing skills in English Spanish language skills are a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred At Taco Billy, we believe great restaurants are built by great teams.
