We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing great food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work Cook menu items according to Riko's recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently during busy shifts Communicate with the kitchen team to keep orders moving Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food supplies Help with cleaning and closing duties Support other kitchen tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Able to follow recipes and instructions Willingness to learn and take direction Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Serve safe certification is a plus

Schedule:

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekends are a must.
