Ex-Voto is a fast-casual burrito and crunchwrap shop focused on quality ingredients and efficient service. Our Lead Line Cook role requires someone who can create, implement, and execute systems with efficiency and consistency. Schedule/Hours of Operation Ex Voto:

M-F 11am-8pm Saturday 10am-8pm Sunday 10am-5pm

Pattyboy:

M-S 11am-8pm Sunday 11am-5pm Baseline of 40 hours weekly Additional hours may be required during high-volume periods, events, or staffing shortages Benefits Telehealth Medical Assistance 5 Paid Sick Days Annually End-of-Fiscal-Year Bonus based on net profitability Free Staff Meal 50% on merch and off the clock meals 50% Health Insurance after of Employment ResponsibilitiesQuality Control Oversee and participate in daily prep Receive and check orders for accuracy and quality Execute specials Ensure consistency and accuracy of all menu items Be cross-trained on all stations Fill in where needed (dish, prep, line, expo) Delegate tasks and prep items/lists throughout the day Support cultivating a safe, healthy, and inclusive workspace Support FOH with complaints, problems with orders, or guest questions and concerns Training & Development Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires are set up for success Conduct stages and provide input on hiring and termination decisions Help build a training culture rooted in clarity, support, and accountability Standards of Operations Ensure all employees follow the company handbook and established procedures Maintain compliance with North Carolina Health Department guidelines Attend weekly meetings with the Operations Manager Assist with preparation and execution of catering and large orders Support overall kitchen systems, cleanliness, organization, and communication

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
