Job Description

Season's at Highland Lake Inn is seeking a reliable and passionate Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for special events, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute banquet menu items with consistency and quality Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Work collaboratively with the culinary and events team

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or banquet experience is a must. No QSR Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
