Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and passion, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to creating an inviting dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional food service Support catering events and special functions by preparing meals with precision and efficiency Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks Experience Prior kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Experience working in fine dining environments is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and high standards Knowledge of dietary department requirements and dietary aide experience is advantageous Proven ability in food preparation, cooking, meal assembly, and food handling techniques Familiarity with menu planning, food safety protocols, and catering operations Strong understanding of kitchen safety procedures and proper use of culinary tools and equipment Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests efficiently in a fast-paced setting
