Qualified candidates will have worked in upscale/fast casual restaurants for three years, have the ability to put the members and their guests dining experiences as their top priority, can work well within a team and strive for excellence in all they do. Coming to work at HPCC gives you the opportunity to: expand your culinary skills to enhance your career development work with a team of professional culinarians train with an award-winning chef Responsibilities Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, meat cutting, sauce preparation) Reading and executing recipes Menu production during service hours Maintain kitchen and individual stations impeccably clean and in keeping with health department guidelines Stock inventory appropriately Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, our membership and guests Skills Proven culinary experience, including a minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook in a fast-paced, upscale workplace. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Work in a clean and organized fashion Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to work nights, weekends and most Holidays. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
