We're seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo who is passionate about authentic pizza, quality ingredients, and teamwork. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay plus tip-out. Exceptional candidates with extensive wood-fired experience will be considered for higher compensation. No late nights! Restaurant closes at 9:00 PM; during the off-season many weeknights close at 8:00 PM. Dine-in and takeout orders end about 30 minutes before closing. Positive, family-oriented work environment. About Our Kitchen Authentic Italian-style wood-fired oven Premium Caputo "00" flour imported from Italy Fresh dough made in-house Premium imported Italian ingredients Scratch-made sauces High-end wines and local North Carolina craft beer Quality-focused, organized kitchen Who We're Looking For Professional pizza-making experience required Honest, dependable, hardworking, and punctual Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship Committed to quality, cleanliness, and consistency Wood-fired oven experience preferred Schedule Tuesday-Saturday. Dinner service 5:00 PM-9:00 PM. Team members arrive earlier for prep. Evening and weekend availability required.
