This position also includes prep work and dishwashing to help keep the kitchen running efficiently. Every team member contributes to our success, so a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Flyin' Buffalo recipes and standards. Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station throughout each shift. Ensure all food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner. Complete daily prep tasks, including portioning ingredients, preparing sauces, chopping vegetables, and stocking the line. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. Assist with dishwashing during slower periods or when needed to support the team. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Rotate and label products using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen and front-of-house team members. Help with opening and closing kitchen duties. Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. Ability to follow recipes and directions. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
