Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing machines safely and efficiently Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are followed rigorously to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or styles based on customer preferences and current trends Maintain high-volume production levels during peak hours while adhering to recipe adherence and quality standards Handle food production tasks including dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and finishing touches Support the team with food handling duties, including ingredient storage, portioning, and inventory management Requirements Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques such as braising, poaching, grilling, and food safety management Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume settings Knowledge of dietary department procedures and food safety sanitizing protocols Excellent food handling skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene standards Previous experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus but not required Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and recipe adherence Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in a lively setting where every day is an opportunity to create memorable dining experiences!
