PM Job Description:
We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Biscuit Maker / BOH Team Member to join our kitchen crew. This role is a mix of biscuit making, prep work, dishwashing, and general kitchen support. You'll also be cross-trained to assist on the line and help wherever needed in the back of house.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake biscuits fresh each day Assist with food prep and kitchen organization Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area Support line cooks and BOH operations as needed Follow kitchen procedures and food safety standards Be ready to jump in wherever help is needed
Requirements:
Comfortable with early mornings (5:30 AM start) Available to work weekends Willing to do prep and dishes — these are core parts of the job Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic Nice to
Have:
Previous kitchen or prep experience (not required) Willingness to take on more hours as you grow in the role
Hours:
20-25 hours per week to start Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business needs
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
