Experienced Cook (Skilled in Pizza Prep)

We are a small family owned beach bar and grill located in North Topsail Island that is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team! As a Kitchen Cook, you will play a crucial role in our food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive quality meals and exceptional service. Our offered pay rate for this role starts at a point ( depending upon experience) and can increase based on experience, quality, productivity, and willingness to work as a team.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Ensure that food is prepared and presented in an appealing and appetizing manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or cooking roles
• Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
