•This position does get paid tips from a tip pool. $2-3 per hour typically on top of hourly pay. The Kitchen at Biggers is hiring a line cook for our Friday-Sunday service. We cook from scratch using quality ingredients, much of it coming straight from our farm market next door. Service is fast-paced, straightforward, and built around consistency. BUSY during the fall season. Service runs Friday-Sunday and wraps early compared to most kitchens. Last tickets at 8:30 PM, followed by cleanup . This is a strong fit for someone who wants to stay in the kitchen without late nights. The Role You'll be on the line during service, cooking, plating, and keeping your station tight while working with the team to push out consistent food. What Matters Here You can hold your station during a rush You work clean and stay organized without being told You move with urgency but don't lose consistency You show up on time, ready to work You communicate and help the team when needed Responsibilities Execute menu items consistently during service Set up, stock, and maintain your station Keep your area clean, organized, and service-ready Follow recipes and plating standards Communicate clearly with the team to keep service moving Requirements Prior line experience preferred Able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (required). Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-driven kitchen Dependable with a consistent schedule Stand and work for extended periods Lift and carry up to 35 lbs This is a good fit for someone who likes being on the line, working with a solid team, and putting out quality food without unnecessary complexity.
