- Support service across multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events.
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices; set up, stock, and break down workstations.
- Properly label, rotate, and store food; keep a clean, organized kitchen area.
