Must be willing to work evenings and weedends. Pay DOE. Responsibilities will include cooking and plating food. Cleaning and organizing kitchen and equipment. Learning smoking procedures and prepping meat for the smoker. Must be on time, have reliable transportation and have a positive attitude.
