We need people who show up on time, work with urgency, keep their station clean, and can be counted on when it gets busy.

OPEN POSITIONS

AM Prep Cook — Daily prep, portioning, basic knife work, stocking, organization, and getting the kitchen ready for service. PM Line Cook — Work the line during dinner service, execute tickets accurately and efficiently, maintain your station, and help the team through the rush. Broiler Cook — Experienced broiler/grill cook preferred. Must be comfortable working with steaks and other proteins, hitting temperatures consistently, managing multiple tickets, and keeping pace during busy service.
