Job Description

Cook I Job - Line Cook We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team at Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack in Ogallala NE as a Cook I. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Prior experience working as a Prep Cook or in a similar role Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
