As a Line Cook, you play a vital role in creating food that reflects care, intention, and consistency. This position includes working the line during service, completing daily prep, and supporting catering operations. We are looking for someone with a strong culinary foundation and a high level of personal responsibility—someone who takes ownership of their station, contributes to the team, and stays engaged and productive at all times, even during slower moments. Key Responsibilities Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail during service Set up, maintain, and break down a clean, organized, and fully stocked station Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and according to standards Maintain a strong sense of urgency while respecting the flow and pacing of service Proactively identify tasks during slower periods (prep, cleaning, organizing, restocking) Assist with catering preparation, packing, and execution for events Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices (including FIFO) Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house teams Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, positive kitchen environment Participate in opening and closing duties to ensure the kitchen is set up for success Qualifications Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs Willingness to take initiative and remain productive during downtime Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and catering events What We Value Care in both food and how we work together Consistency and attention to detail A sense of ownership and pride in your work Respect for teammates and the shared space A commitment to growth and learningPay:
