Shift Differentials:
Additional pay for weekend shifts. What You'll Do Prepare and serve resident meals and special function dishes at the proper temperature, following resident preferences, menus, standardized recipes, and portion guidelines. Take charge of food service operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain detailed logs for food temperatures, refrigeration, dish machines, cooling, sanitization, and more. Follow HACCP policies and maintain proper food handling and safety standards. Receive and store food supplies, ensuring all items are properly labeled, dated, and stored according to guidelines. What You Need Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to follow verbal and written directions and observe safety rules. Understanding of therapeutic diets, dietary consistencies, and standardized recipes. Ability to use kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and supplies safely and correctly.
