Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and fryers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques Support menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming service periods Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal production and ensure timely service Follow safety standards in production to prevent accidents and ensure food safety management compliance Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably as a line cook or dietary aide Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in cooking techniques and recipe adherence Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills to collaborate with kitchen team members Experience with meal preparation, catering, or dietary department work is a plus Knowledge of food industry standards related to safety, cleanliness, and quality control Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us! Pay:
