Job Description

Line / Prep Cook - Molly's Molly's is hiring a Line / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen. This position will assist with both line cooking and food prep, helping our team keep things running smoothly and consistently. Friday and/or Saturday availability is a must. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep tasks Work assigned stations on the line during service Cook and plate menu items consistently and efficiently Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen team What We're Looking For Previous kitchen, line cook, or prep cook experience preferred Reliable and punctual Able to stay organized and work efficiently during busy service Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Must be available Fridays and/or Saturdays Why Molly's? Pay:
