Earth's Harvest Kitchen We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Baker to join our close-knit kitchen team! We are a small, fast-paced, entirely scratch kitchen, and we take pride in making high-quality food from scratch. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys baking, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a hardworking and supportive kitchen team.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, baked goods, and other items for daily service Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality, portion, and presentation Prepare and organize ingredients and baking stations Keep the baking area clean, organized, and sanitary Properly store and label ingredients and finished products Work efficiently to ensure baked goods are prepared on schedule Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with other kitchen prep as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous baking or professional kitchen experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule:

Part-time — 2 days per week Morning/daytime shifts Our restaurant is open 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM , with no late nights Usual baking shift is 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM Interested in Full-Time? For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to make this a full-time position by working as a baker for 2 days per week and joining our kitchen line team for an additional 3 days. This is a great option for someone who enjoys both baking and cooking and is looking for a consistent full-time schedule.
