Line Cook Popovers at Brickyard Square - Epping, NH Popovers at Brickyard Square is looking to add a Line Cook to our team! We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in the food they prepare, and wants to be part of a dependable and supportive team. Whether you have years of kitchen experience or are looking to continue developing your culinary skills, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do As a Line Cook, you'll help prepare and execute menu items while maintaining the quality and consistency our guests expect.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized workstation Following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures Preparing ingredients and completing assigned prep work Maintaining consistency in portioning, presentation, and food quality Communicating and working closely with other members of the kitchen and front-of-house teams Restocking and maintaining your station throughout the shift Assisting with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities Following proper labeling, dating, rotation, and storage procedures Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen Supporting the team wherever needed during busy service periods What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Dependable and punctual Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards Willingness to learn and take direction Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join Our Team At Popovers at Brickyard Square , we believe a great restaurant starts with a great team.
