is hiring! We are a family owned diner just 15 minutes east of Concord, NH. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, honest, positive, "quick on their feet" and willing to be a part of a TEAM. The ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality professional food and service that will help our restaurant maintain and attract customers. We put our employees first and strive to make them happy. We're seeking experienced, dedicated line cooks to join our kitchen team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food, supporting fellow team members, and helping maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items following restaurant recipes and standards Work efficiently on a flat top grill, doing prep work, and other line cook duties in a high-volume kitchen Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment Treat both customers and team members with kindness and respect Follow food handling, health code, and sanitation guidelines at all times Ensure food is cooked to order and served in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Assist with kitchen closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and inventory management

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Experience working on a line in a high-volume kitchen (prep, flat top grill, or similar roles) Experience working with kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, meat slicers, or ovens Ability to reliably commute to and from work Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and commitment to quality and safety standards Must have a passion for creating great food! Creativity is encouraged!

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time or Part-time positions available Day or Night Shifts available with a set weekly schedule Included shift meal during work hours Overtime opportunities available Paychecks issued weekly
