Mesozoic Tiki Bar is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our opening kitchen team. This is a hands-on position responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting all aspects of kitchen operations. We're looking for someone who values consistency, works with urgency, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Prepare menu items, including pizzas, according to recipe and quality standards Complete daily prep and maintain par levels Work all kitchen stations as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory Complete opening and closing duties Support the kitchen wherever needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of line cook experience required Pizza experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, works with urgency, communicates well, and takes responsibility for their work.
