Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and equipment. Assist in menu planning, offering creative ideas for seasonal dishes or specials. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in roles such as cook or dietary aide. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and fine dining standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Experience with catering services is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve larger events.
