We're serious about the craft — hand-stretched dough, real wood-fired ovens, quality ingredients. What you'll do Stretch and top pizzas to spec, keep pace during rushes Work the wood-fired oven — timing, rotation, doneness Prep ingredients and dough for service Keep your station and the overall space clean and up to health code standards Interact with customers with a friendly, positive attitude Work as part of a fast-moving, tight-knit kitchen team What we're looking for Prior pizza-making experience (wood-fired a plus, not required) Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong customer service skills Reliable, on-time, team-first Available to start immediately
