Experienced Grill Line Cook
Job Description
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage a busy flat-top grill, cook proteins accurately, and keep tickets moving during high-volume service. This position will primarily work our grill and fry stations. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours — not seasonal work. What You'll Do Work the line during lunch and dinner service Cook menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently Work grill, fry, and other stations as needed Complete daily prep and keep your station stocked and organized Keep tickets moving during high-volume service Maintain food quality, portion, and presentation standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures Work as a team with the rest of the kitchen and FOH What We're Looking For Previous professional line cook experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Grill experience strongly preferred Able to work multiple stations Reliable and shows up ready to work Able to stay organized and level-headed during a rush Weekend availability required Pay & Schedule $20-$25/hour based on experience Full-time Year-round, consistent hours Employee discount Paid training Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth for the right person We're a locally owned restaurant with a hands-on team and we're looking for someone who can come in, work hard, and be a solid part of our kitchen.
