Tostimo's Pizza Kitchen is looking for a pizza cook to join our Seabrook kitchen team. Previous pizza or restaurant experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you're dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working at a fast pace, and take pride in doing things correctly. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours—not seasonal work. What You'll Do Learn how to stretch dough and prepare our pizzas Build orders accurately and consistently Learn to manage oven timing during busy service Keep the pizza station stocked, clean, and organized Complete daily prep work Follow our recipes, portions, and quality standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures Help with other kitchen stations and tasks when needed Work as a team with the rest of the kitchen and FOH What We're Looking For No previous pizza experience required Reliable and ready to work when scheduled Willing to learn and take direction Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy Comfortable working on your feet in a busy kitchen Organized and able to stay focused during a rush A positive attitude and strong work ethic Weekend availability required Pay & Schedule $18-$21/hour based on experience Full-time Year-round, consistent hours Paid training Employee discount Opportunity to learn additional stations and take on more responsibility We're a locally owned restaurant with a hands-on team.
