Job Description
Porters at The Birchwood Inn is looking for an experienced prep/line cook to join our small, professional kitchen team. We are an up and coming restaurant in the beautiful Monadnock Region serving thoughtfully prepared high quality cuisine in a historic New Hampshire inn. We believe great food comes from teamwork, organization, and taking pride in what we serve. What You'll Do Prepare and plate high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail. Work all stations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with a supportive team committed to great hospitality and excellent food. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of line cook experience preferred, but willing to train. Ability to work efficiently during busy dinner service. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Weekend availability. Four day work week (Wednesday thru Saturday).
