Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Kitchen support Associate to join our team. As a kitchen support member you will be responsible for ensuring cleaning tasks are complete, dishes are done while helping with prep and expo duties. This is the perfect position for someone wanting to learn more about line cooking. This is a part time or full time position (24-40 hours a week). Pay starts at $15/hrMUST BE OVER 18
- Weekends required.
SHIFTS ARE 10
30 a.m to 6:30 p.m- For part time shifts would be 1 PM to 6:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Kitchen prep (Must be comfortable handling a knife)
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination
- Give support to other employees during the lunch rush
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Washing dishes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the deli/kitchen department and expediting food orders.
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
