Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times. Handle food with care and precision, demonstrating excellent knife skills and food handling techniques during meal prep. Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Keep accurate records of food inventory, storage conditions, and sanitation procedures for ongoing compliance and quality assurance. Skills Proven dietary aide experience or culinary background within assisted living or healthcare settings preferred but not required. Strong menu planning skills with the ability to create balanced meals tailored to specific dietary restrictions. Extensive food preparation expertise. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices aligned with industry standards. Familiarity with culinary techniques gained through restaurant experience or fine dining environments enhances your versatility. Excellent knife skills combined with a thorough understanding of the food industry's safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
