• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong focus on delivering high-quality breakfast dishes to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, toast, and breakfast meats, as per the menu specifications.

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner, maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation. Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring they are fresh and stored correctly, and report any shortages promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation during breakfast service. Adjust cooking methods to accommodate food allergies and special dietary requests. Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new breakfast offerings. Monitor and manage portion control and waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.

Strong knowledge of traditional and creative breakfast cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality service. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
