• We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, following all safety and hygiene regulations. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and gather necessary supplies for daily operations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and delivery of quality dishes. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager. Ensure that food storage and handling practices meet all health and safety guidelines. Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.

• Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and the ability to work with various kitchen equipment. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to different culinary styles and techniques. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
