Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, poaching stations, braising pots, and food preparation tools. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitizing procedures, proper food handling techniques, and sanitation protocols at all times. Support food production efforts during peak hours by managing high-volume meal preparation without compromising quality. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of breakfast service while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
