Full-Time / Part-Time Position Overview Stone Harbor Golf Club is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with food preparation and kitchen opening and closing duties Maintain appropriate food storage, labeling, and rotation Communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team members Assist with maintaining inventory and minimizing food waste Support the culinary team during daily dining service, events, and other club functions Maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude Qualifications Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
