Job Overview:

Tabboulee is hiring a Kitchen Team Member / Line Cook for a fast-paced, highly structured gyro, falafel, bowl, and salad restaurant. This is not a casual restaurant job. We are looking for people who care about quality, cleanliness, consistency, and doing things the right way.

This role includes:

food prep product building dishwashing cleaning stocking customer service order accuracy maintaining standards throughout the shift ⸻

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and proteins according to recipe and portion standards Build pitas, bowls, salads, sides, and other menu items with consistency and strong presentation Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and support overall kitchen cleanliness Stock ingredients, packaging, and service items Bag and verify takeout and delivery orders accurately Take customer orders, answer menu questions, and provide strong guest service when needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Support both front-of-house and back-of-house needs as part of a cross-trained team ⸻

Experience:

Preferred, but not required: restaurant, kitchen, or foodservice experience line cook, prep cook, or quick-service experience customer service or cashier experience dishwashing, cleaning, or stocking experience We are willing to train the right person, but only if they bring the right attitude, discipline, and work ethic. ⸻

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time Approximately 20-40 hours per week Day and evening shifts available Typical shift windows are approximately 9:00 AM-4:00 PM and 4:00 PM-11:00 PM Exact shifts may vary based on staffing, training, and business needs Weekend availability is strongly preferred ⸻

$15.92 - $19.00 per hour
