Job Overview We're hiring Line Cooks to join our team at 30 Burgers in Hoboken! We're looking for reliable, hardworking team members who can work in a fast-paced burger restaurant , especially during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night hours. What You'll Do Prepare burgers, fries, chicken, and other menu items according to recipe and quality standards Work the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations Prep ingredients and maintain proper food storage Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during high-volume periods Communicate with the kitchen team to keep orders moving Help with opening and closing kitchen duties Maintain consistent portion sizes and food quality What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or line-cook experience preferred Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen Reliable and punctual Team player with a positive attitude Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to follow recipes and instructions Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Must be available for weekend and/or late-night shifts Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available. Our restaurant has busy lunch, dinner, weekend, and late-night hours , so flexibility is important. Pay $16-$20/hour , depending on experience and availability. Why Work With Us?
