Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards. Assist with food prep tasks such as slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and other appliances. Maintain cleanliness of workstations by cleaning as you go, sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to food safety management practices. Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours. Follow safety standards in production to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all team members. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly preferred.
