Duties Prepare and cook authentic pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers with precision and safety Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed diligently to uphold food safety standards Assist in menu planning by providing input on pizza toppings, ingredients, and presentation styles Manage high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining quality and consistency Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to keep the kitchen clean and compliant with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional guest experiences Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, preferably with pizza or similar cuisine in a restaurant or catering setting Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food production processes Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety management protocols Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume environments Excellent food handling skills with a focus on hygiene and sanitation standards Background in fine dining or restaurant experience is a plus but not required Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and recipe adherence Join us as a Pizzero and bring your culinary passion to life!
