We're a neighborhood eatery known for generous servings of BBQ ribs and authentic Mexican cuisine, all served in a cozy, welcoming ambiance. Our customers come for the food and stay for the experience and that starts in our kitchen.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards, focusing on BBQ and Mexican specialtiesMaintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety protocolsWork efficiently during busy service periods while keeping quality consistentCollaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operationsTake initiative to support the team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
