Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling as needed Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns with professionalism Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices within the food industry Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and contribute to a lively, guest-focused atmosphere Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy are essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication to hospitality makes a real difference!
