Job Description

Kitchen Helper / Prep Cook - Kaizr Grill Kaizr Grill in New Brunswick, NJ is hiring an experienced and dependable Kitchen Helper / Prep Cook to support our chef and kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the chef with daily food preparation Cut vegetables, prepare sauces, marinate meats, and portion ingredients Help prepare shawarma, kebabs, biryani, platters, sandwiches, and other menu items Work on the cooking line during busy hours Pack and organize takeout and delivery orders Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food-safety procedures Wash utensils, equipment, and dishes when needed Receive and organize food deliveries and inventory Complete opening and closing kitchen duties

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience preferred Able to work quickly and follow the chef's instructions Reliable, punctual, clean, and organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of Middle Eastern, Indian, Pakistani, or Hyderabadi food is a plus
