Dietary Cook:

Prepares and serves high-quality meals with attention to consistency, presentation, flavor, and proper food temperature Maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food preparation, storage, service, and kitchen cleaning Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and proper cooking techniques to support quality, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective meal production Supports all dining operations as a collaborative member of the culinary team, including daily dining service, catering, special events, and retail food programs Assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Why Join UMC?
