Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a vital member of our back-of-house operations, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests while upholding our strict commitment to excellence and efficiency What You'll Do Execute with
Precision:
Prepare and cook menu items (grill, sauté, fry, or salads) according to established recipes and the Chef's specifications.
Station Mastery:
Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station with all necessary supplies to ensure a smooth service.
Speed & Quality:
Handle multiple food orders simultaneously during busy shifts while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Comply with all health and sanitation regulations; clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout your shift.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and move for entire 8-10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Availability:
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Certification:
Food Handler Certificate is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
Competitive hourly rate starting from $17 based on experience.

From $17.00 per hour
