Currently hiring for Full Time and Perdiem Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to menu and dietary guidelines Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team during service Read and follow standardized recipes Assist with dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of cooking experience Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) ServSafe Certification (preferred) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting
