is a Mediterranean coastal cuisine and steakhouse located in Wayne, New Jersey. We bring together elevated Mediterranean-inspired dishes, premium ingredients, warm hospitality, and a vibrant dining atmosphere. Duties Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu standards. Must be strong in pasta preparation, chicken dishes, and traditional Italian-style cuisine . Ensure quality, presentation, and timely service. Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized station. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Requirements Previous sauté or line cook experience preferred. Experience with pasta, chicken, and Italian-style dishes preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Additional details can be discussed during the interview.
