Procure items from storeroom or refrigerator as needed to support kitchen operations Assist in food preparation and seasoning of various cuts of meat, poultry, and fish Make gravies, soups, sauces, rolls, and other culinary items Clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces to ensure safety and hygiene Support other tasks as needed to maintain efficient kitchen workflow What's Needed?
