What You'll Do Prepare and execute dishes across pantry, sauté, and grill stations with precision and consistency. Collaborate closely with our head chef to maintain the highest culinary standards. Assist in developing and preparing signature recipes and nightly specials. Ensure quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently met. Maintain the freshness, quality, and proper storage of all ingredients. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently. Help train and support fellow kitchen team members. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume scratch kitchen. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a professional team. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

The Details Pay:

$25-$30 per hour (DOE)

Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Schedule:

Evening shifts, Tuesday-Saturday (approximately 5-9 p.m. weekdays and 5-10 p.m. weekends)
